Established in 1991, Richmond Civil Works is a dynamic and multi-disciplinary organisation that has a strong background in civil and demolition works. Our company has been a key player in the South Australian construction industry for the past 27 years.
We consider our people as our greatest asset, with some employees having worked for the company for over 20 years. Our hard working teams are led by experienced personnel from wide-ranging backgrounds. Richmond Civil Works has been undergoing solid growth over the past 27 years but still remains a family owned and operated company with all members of Jack Mouhalos’ immediate family involved in various aspects of the company. This means that our clients have unusually strong lines of communication through to management. It also means dealing with employees who are committed to building lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
A key aspect of client satisfaction is our focus on effective client interaction and this is achieved by appointing our estimators as project managers. This has proved to be popular as it provides our clients with continuity from the very start of the project to final handover.
